Use and Features
It is widely suitable for cutting all kinds of non-metallic materials such as leather, plastic, plastic packing, fabric, vacuum forming, car inner & outside decoration, floor & carpet and etc. into large pieces of finished product batch production by the cutting die.
1. PLC touch screen program control, it has two kinds of cutting die setting mode (automatic and manual) to choose for cutting.
2. Double oil cylinders, precision four-column auto-balancing link structure,which can guarantee uniform cutting depth of each cutting position.
3. When upper cutting board drops down and touches cutting die, it canautomatically slow cutting to make the cutting material no size error between thetop and bottom layers.
4. Equipped with central oil supply automatical lubricating system, to ensure working precision and prolong the service life of machine.
5. Operating with both hands, ensures high safety of operators.
