Use and Features

It is suitable for cutting single layer or multi-layer of leather, rubber, felt,fabric, nylon, textile, carpet, cleaning supplies and other materials by the cutting die for large-batch production & continuous cutting.

1. PLC touch screen program control, it has two kinds of cutting die settingmode (automatic and manual) to choose for cutting.

2. Back side rubber roll auto-feeding device, it can improve the cutting efficiency.

3. Double oil cylinders, precision four-column auto-balancing link structure,which can guarantee uniform cutting depth of each cutting position.

4. When upper cutting board drops down and touches cutting die, it canautomatically slow cutting to make the cutting material no size error between the top and bottom layers.

5. Equipped with central oil supply automatical lubricating system, to ensure working precision and prolong the service life of machine.

6. When cutting, using the safety grating to ensures high safety of operators.
