Auto Hot Melt Adhesive Back Coating Machine for LVT Floor

The LVT flooring automatic glue applicator evenly coats adhesive on the back of LVT boards and laminates release paper or release film, enabling peel-and-stick installation. Compared with the previous generation, it handles lengths of 300-610mm and widths of 300-610mm. The machine uses precision glue application rollers combined with a bottom roller coating process to ensure uniform adhesive coverage. Compared with the previous generation glue applicator, it eliminates the manual oiling step, effectively reducing the scrap rate. It uses a 150L hot melt adhesive tank instead of the previous mold temperature controller; this tank features low power consumption, saving approximately 19,000 kWh of electricity per year — energy-saving and economical. The PLC-controlled feeding system maintains a stable line speed to meet mass production demands, improving installation convenience for end users while increasing efficiency and reducing adhesive consumption. As a key process in the LVT flooring automated production line, it integrates seamlessly with packaging and other equipment, providing a complete automated solution.
