This machine is ideal for cutting a wide range of materials including paperboard, textiles, plastic and rubber compounds, foam panels, leather, rubber sheets, packaging materials, flooring and carpets, fiberglass, soft wood boards, and more using a die-cutting process. It is particularly well-suited for large-format and high-pressure cutting applications.
1. PLC touch screen programmable control featuring two cutting die setting modes (automatic and manual) for flexible cutting selection.
2. Dual-side automatic feeding table mechanism, which enhances cutting productivity.
3. Dual hydraulic cylinders with precision four-column auto-balancing linkage structure, ensuring consistent cutting depth across all cutting positions.
4. When the upper cutting plate descends and contacts the cutting die, it automatically reduces cutting speed to eliminate dimensional variation between the top and bottom material layers.
5. Featuring a centralized hydraulic lubrication system to maintain operational accuracy and extend equipment lifespan.
6. Two-hand operation control for enhanced operator safety.
