This machine is a four-column hydraulic die cutting press mainly designed for LVT and related vinyl flooring materials. With 200-ton cutting force, it uses a cutting die to press-cut large sheets or boards into finished tiles and planks with stable size and clean edges.
Production Process
The flooring sheet or board is placed on the working table. The four-column guiding structure keeps the upper pressing plate balanced, and the hydraulic system presses the cutting die into the material to cut the required shape.
