Use and Features
It is extensively applicable for die-cutting a wide range of non-metallic materials, including leather, plastic, plastic packaging, fabric, vacuum-formed sheets, automotive interior & exterior trim, flooring & carpet, etc., enabling high-volume batch production of large finished pieces via cutting dies.
PLC touch-screen programmable control — features two die-setting modes (automatic and manual) for flexible cutting operation.
Dual hydraulic cylinders with a precision four-column self-leveling linkage mechanism, ensuring consistent cutting depth across all positions.
Automatic deceleration function — as the upper cutting platen approaches and contacts the die, the descent speed reduces automatically, eliminating dimensional discrepancies between the top and bottom layers of the material.
Integrated centralized oil-supply auto-lubrication system, designed to maintain machining accuracy and extend the machine's service life.
Dual-hand operation design, providing maximum operator safety during use.
