This 120-ton hydraulic cardboard jigsaw puzzle die cutting press is designed to cut and shape flat non-metallic sheets with steel-rule dies. Production Process
The machine uses a hydraulic press structure with adjustable pressure to press a steel-rule die into the board.
Place the cardboard or puzzle board on the worktable.
Position the jigsaw puzzle die on the material.
The hydraulic press applies controlled force to cut the interlocking puzzle shapes.
The cut sheet is removed, and the pieces are separated and packed.
120 tons of pressing force is suitable for small to medium-size puzzles, thinner cardboard puzzles, children’s puzzles and lower-piece-count boards. For very large puzzles or high-piece-count boards, higher-tonnage presses may be required.
