The system features a state-of-the-art PLC program control system that realizes integrative and ganged running with a high degree of automation. By synchronizing the automatic sucking and loading board machine with the circulatory conveyor cutting unit, the line ensures a continuous, high-volume production rhythm. This intelligent automation maintains consistent product quality and operational stability across millions of production cycles.
The line is equipped with a full suite of specialized engineering modules, including an automatic elevator platform, inclined rollers feeding machine, and a dedicated waste collection machine. These components ensure that decorative boards are handled gently and precisely throughout the workflow, preventing material damage and ensuring a frictionless transition from initial loading to the final conveyor output.
As a key module in the floor cutting line, the flipping unit is servo-driven and PLC-synchronized with the cutting unit. After cutting, it automatically receives each board and precisely flips it 180°, alternating the face-up side for dual-side processing or alternating-face palletizing. The smooth, efficient flipping prevents board damage, replacing manual labor and boosting line productivity.
