This machine uses a four-column guide structure and hydraulic pressing system to cut shaped parts with shaped dies. The four-column design keeps pressure balanced across the cutting area, so each stroke produces uniform results. It is suitable for medium to high-volume production of gaskets and sealing components.

How It Works
The material is placed on the cutting table, and the shaped die presses down under hydraulic pressure to cut the required shape in one stroke. The four-column guide helps maintain stable alignment and even pressure, reducing uneven cuts and improving part consistency.
